Worship of Goddess Saraswati — Puja, Vrat & Offerings
Goddess Saraswati, the mother of learning, music and wisdom, is worshipped on Vasant Panchami, when students place their books and instruments at Her feet and devotees wear yellow. Offer white or yellow flowers, and sweets made of saffron or boondi. Students chant "Om Saraswatyai Namah" before studies, and artists before practice — She blesses every sincere pursuit of knowledge.
