ॐ अस्य श्रीचण्डीकवचस्य ब्रह्मा ऋषिः । अनुष्टुप् छन्दः । चामुण्डा देवता । अङ्गन्यासोक्तमातरो बीजम् । दिग्बन्धदेवतास्तत्त्वम् । श्रीजगदम्बाप्रीत्यर्थे सप्तशतीपाठाङ्गत्वेन जपे विनियोगः ॥ ॐ नमश्चण्डिकायै ॥ शिरो मे देवी पातु ललाटं इन्दुशेखरा । नेत्रे खेचरी पातु श्रोत्रे द्वारवती ।।१।। नासां सुमुखी पातु दन्तान् कौमारी तथा । ओष्ठं चण्डी सदा पातु जिह्वां महेश्वरी ।।२।। कण्ठं ब्राह्मी सदा पातु स्कन्धौ माहेश्वरी तथा । वक्षः श्रीदेवी पातु हृदयं भैरवी तथा ।।३।। नाभिं रक्षतु कौमारी मध्यं शाम्भवी सदा । कट्यां भगवती पातु उरू महेश्वरी तथा ।।४।। जानुनी इन्द्राणी पातु जङ्घे महाबला । पादौ शाकम्भरी पातु पातु सर्वाङ्गमम्बिका ।।५।। सर्वास्वपत्सु देवेशी रक्ष मां शरणागताम् । या देवी सर्वभूतेषु शक्तिरूपेण संस्थिता ।।६।। नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः । या देवी सर्वभूतेषु बुद्धिरूपेण संस्थिता ।।७।। नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः । इदं कवचं यः पठेत् भक्तियुक्तः सदा नरः ।।८।। सर्वान् कामानवाप्नोति देव्याः प्रसादतः ।।९।।

Consistency matters more than duration — even five minutes of daily chanting brings visible peace of mind.
